These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of videodown.app ("VideoDown", "the Service"), operated by TAPI Technology Global Limited. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

VideoDown is a technical tool that lets you save publicly accessible media (video, images, audio) from supported third-party platforms to your own device by pasting a link. The Service does not host, store or index any third-party content. Files are transferred directly to your device and are not retained on our servers.

2. Acceptable use

You may only use the Service to download content that you have the legal right to save — for example, content you created yourself, content licensed to you, or content whose owner has given you permission. You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• infringe any copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property right;
• re-upload, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit content belonging to others without permission;
• violate the terms of service of any third-party platform;
• download content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction;
• access the Service by automated means (bots, scrapers) or attempt to disrupt its operation.

You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded files and for complying with applicable laws and platform rules.

3. Intellectual property

All content available through third-party platforms remains the property of its respective owners. VideoDown claims no ownership of any downloaded media. The VideoDown name, logo and website design are the property of TAPI Technology Global Limited. VideoDown is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X or any other platform; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every link or platform, and supported platforms may change at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAPI Technology Global Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including any claims by third parties relating to content you download.

6. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
